Wine Region: Adelaide hills, Australie
A vein of ironstone runs through our vineyard producing Syrah of exceptional quality. Landau displays red fruits, a medium-bodied palate with whole bunch influence giving, spice, complexity and structure.
James Halliday 96 pts -Â 32% whole bunches, wild-fermented as are all the Murdoch Hills red wines, matured in French oak (5% new). This takes the Cronberry Block one large step further, not by increasing the flavour package, but by refining it. Here savoury, brambly tannins are present from the first sip, but are surrounded by multiple fruits on the medium-bodied palate.

About the Winery
We are proud of our patch of the Adelaide Hills and are excited to share it with you.
Our family has been farming the fertile soils of the Onkaparinga Valley since 1939 and in this time there have been many cattle grazing, hens laying, potatoes grown, flowers picked and since 1998 we have been passionately caring for our vines, and making great wines.
