Tasting Notes

This Baux de Provence blanc is subtle and generous, exhaling aromas of citrus, broom, yellow flowers, garrigue, with minerality and persistence. The palate is generous, featuring a lot of freshness and a perfect balance, with a melting finish of linden... A great success.

About the Winery

Praised since prehistoric times but also by Greeks and Romans, the region of Les Baux de Provence retains today a most remarkable historical heritage. Unique, it stands as a true bastion of Provensal traditions. And it is here, on this northern slope of the Alpilles, that the ancient Via Aurelia runs along our estate of the White Lands. On our vineyard, everything contributes to the best ripening of the grapes: the warm light of dry summers, the purity of the air vivified by the impetuous mistral, the calcareous soil beneath its coat of stony clay. Here everything pleases the vineyard!
