Tasting Notes

Dolcetto d’Alba DOC 2018 has a brilliant purple color. The nose is fresh and exuberant with red strawberry, mulberry, infused roes and fresh thyme. Palate is bursting with blue fruits and fresh plums, tannins are crunchy and the finish is elegant with a lovely almond and spiced finish. A true food-friendly wine that enhances egg pastas, white and red meats and vegetable-based dishes.

About the Winery

The land asks for absolute dedication. It asks to be loved for better or worse, in abundance and scarcity. The land is almost more than a house. It's part of our life and asks to be guarded with the same tenderness that we have for our loved ones. And the amazing thing is that, despite all the difficulties, to love it does not need any effort.
