Wine Region: Cotes du Roussillon, France

Grapes: Grenache Gris

Tasting Notes

Exotically floral and musky notes mingle with ripe melons in the nose, then follow onto a silken-textured yet infectiously juicy palate, with iodine and shrimp shell reduction adding to the complex counterpoint of a lushly yet mouth-wateringly lingering finish. It shimmers with energy and complexity. Vintage in image may vary.

About the Winery

Old vines (50 to 110 years old) rub shoulders with young vines in mass selections. 35 hectares. Average natural yield 20 hl / ha. Vineyard grown in Biodynamie since 2011 (member of Biodyvin - certified organic by Bureau Veritas).
