Tasting Notes

The coffee beans we use are imported exclusively from Mexico - the brandy-bas e spirit that we make is cold-dripped through these beans over 24 hours, and cold-brew used to dilute it to strength. It an intense coffee-hit with a vanilla, chocolate and citrus dominant characters - and a dense palate-weight that'll stretch in any cocktail.

About the Winery

"Being winemakers, we're two people incredibly passionate about the soil and produce we have in Australia. It's our contention to showcase products to the rest of the world that embrace Australian native ingredients and pay homage to the custodianship of the indigenous people who maintained the land for thousands of years."
