Deep garnet colour with intense ripe plum and meaty characters supported by intense sweet oak and complex yeast notes. Supple ripe tannins and layers of complex nuances. Bottle maturation will be rewarded. Antipasto platter featuring a range of salamis and smoked meats, or any meaty casserole, like lamb shanks.

About the Winery

In 1981, Pask planted the first vines in an ancient Ngaruroro riverbed, founding Hawke's Bay's renowned Gimblett Gravels wine district. More than 30 years later, Pask winemaking team remain as passionate as ever about creating wines to be shared and enjoyed.
