Tasting Notes
The wine has a very elegant color, verging on onion skin. Bubbles are dynamics and delightfully pleasant.
Regarding the nose, there is some red fruit produced by the variety Monastrell. Marked breeding, brings memories of yeast. Memories of citrus and Mediterranean herbs. Entry with feeling fat that leads to the freshness. Prevalence of roasting of parenting: vanilla, almond pastries and toast.
