"The parcels 'Echezeaux du Dessus' and 'Les Quartiers de Nuits' make up our Echezeaux Grand Cru. The parcel 'Echezeaux du Dessus', flagship of the other places-said of the appellation is its navel. Regarded as of equal quality to the plot of Echezeaux du Bas (Grands Echezeaux appellation): it gives excellent wines.
Total area: 1.14 hectares
Climate & Soil: Our plot is located in the part of 'Echezeaux du Dessus': the most qualitative part of the appellation. The 'Les Quartiers de Nuits' plot is located on the border between Vougeot and the Vosne-Romanée appellation.
The soil is clay-limestone, predominantly clayey."
