Wine Region: Australia

Grape: Shiraz

Tasting Notes

Deep red with purple hues. Spice, pepper, red cherry and black chocolate aromas precede a palate of dark chocolate and liquorice, red cherry/raspberry with mouth-filling presence and soft lingering tannins.

James Halliday 91 pts -  Full purple-crimson; a rich, succulent shiraz, with blackberry, black cherry and dark chocolate on the bouquet and palate alike; the tannins, while plentiful, are soft, the oak discreet.

Wine Spectator 89 pts

About the Winery

As a family, and as proud South Australians, we’re always thinking about the generations to come, always planning for the long-term, and always taking care of the soil that is our past, present and future.

It’s one of the key reasons we have been a leader in the adoption of sustainable and organic practices, safeguarding the future of our vineyards, our land, our wine regions and our wine industry in South Australia. Our belief in organic vineyard management resonates as true in that more naturally healthy soils and vines lead to more flavourful and delicious wines.
