Gault & Millau, 16,5/10 : "The Cuvée Mademoiselle T begins with aromas of ripe citrus (orange, lemon), exotic notes (passion fruit), as well as boxwood and blackcurrant bud, accompanied by scents of peach. A supple and round white in the mouth, with a nice density and a white wine, fresh and pleasant aromas of citrus (lemon and mandarin), an iodized touch. Nice persistence and some tension in the final .."

Gilbert & Gaillard : "Brightly coloured. On the nose, early morning, spring-like floral freshness combines with a tropical peach and mango sensation. The palate shows very pure, pleasurable fruity flavours augmented by dense substance, silky texture and a mouthwatering, tangy finish."

Appearance: Pale yellow with bright silvery/green highlights.

Nose: intense, opening up on notes of boxwood, citrus fruit and mango. A short time in the glass opens up the typical Sauvignon aromas of yellow fruit (apricot and nectarine) and flowers (broom and lily of the valley), underpinned by spicy notes of green peppers and vanilla.

Palate: In addition to the aromas of the bouquet the first taste sensation is of ripe fruit with a pleasant, refreshing structure. We then return to more floral notes, ending with grapefruit zest and sweet spices. The palate has great aromatic length, carried by a lovely texture.
