Champagne Philippe Gamet Rosé de Saignée 1500ml

The little child of the Maison Gamet ! The “Rosé de Saignée” is a rosé produced by maceration of black grapes; from 24hours to 36hours, the grape juice flows by gravity, without pressing and without filtration; on contact with the grapes’ skin, the juice gets a ruby colour and tannic aromas.

100% Meunier, single-vineyard, and vintage, the Rosé de Saignée is only produced in great Millésimé. The elaboration process requires an excellent sanitary grapes’ state and a high maturity degree to get intense and greedy notes.
