Hand-made by Candice and Frewin at their small winery in Carey Gully. Grapes hand-picked & gently destemmed to retain whole berries with 25% whole bunches.Cold soaked prior to wild fermentation in an open-top tank, then pressed to barrel once dry. All CRFT wines are vegan.

Winery Profile:
Run by husband and wife winemaking team, Frewin Ries and Candice Helbig, CRFT was recently listed as one of James Halliday’s Top 10 New Wineries in his recent 2016 Wine Companion. Candice used to make wines at Mollydooker, which explains her passion for Shiraz. Frewin made his first vintage at Cloudy Bay, then Pinot Noir in the famous Williams Selyem Winery in California. Both travelled to Austria, where they fell in love with Grüner Veltliner.
