A Small Batch, Vatted Malt created using only the finest Island Malts – Rock Oyster is massively maritime in style and like its namesake carries a hidden delicacy inside. The nose has a salty oceanic, fresh influence following onto the palate – subtle -carrying soft and rather sweet peat paralleled with smoke, honey, damp ash, liquorice and late pepper with a long finish.
