Winery Profile:
First vines were planted in 1981, by founder Chris Pask, in the Hawke’s Bay Region in the North Island of New Zealand. The first vintage was produced in 1985, focused on sustainable viticulture with minimum intervention in the winemaking process. Pask specializes in making wines from Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Having won various awards for its different wines, Pask is a quintessential representative of Hawke’s Bay Region.
