“We’re an independent bottler. We don’t make whisky, we find it. We look for exceptional casks that mature extraordinary whisky. Street signs inspired our typography. Bringing you Chapter 7 is a journey of passion, curiosity and discovery. The road is windy and isn’t always easy. But whisky’s path from grain to glass isn’t about the destination. It’s about the glory of the ride.
Cask end prints inspired our label design. A cask maturing in a warehouse has a mark stencilled into the side. It’s a practical marking. Warehouses are full of casks that all look the same. Marking the ends is how you find the one you want. Our whiskies to leave their mark on you. A bottle of Chapter 7 whisky isn’t something you forget.
A cask of whisky is a living, breathing, thing. The porous oak allows air in and out of the wood. The interaction moves the whisky as it interacts with the wood and matures in flavour."
Chapter 7 takes its name from whisky’s natural maturation process.
