Wine Region: Meursault, Burgundy
Gold with emerald hues or pale straw, it has a floral and laughing nose. His bouquet is willingly buttered, brioche. Accents of lemon, grapefruit, sometimes minerals. The attack, the vivacity contribute to the frankness of a clear and frank wine, where a persistent and sometimes spicy fat is expressed.
About the Winery
Château de Meursault is a vineyard located in Côte-d'Or, Burgundy-Franche-Comté. Its vineyard is spread over nearly 60 hectares, on the best climates in the Côte de Beaune in Pommard, Aloxe-Corton, Savigny-Lès-Beaune, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet and of course Meursault. Each parcel is pressed, vinified and aged separately. In order to extract the specific features of every terroir, there may be up to 6 different cuvées from the same appellation. In general, the production volume of red wines is equal to this of the whites at Château de Meursault.
