Wine Region: Cotes du Rhone, France
Grapes: Syrah, Grenache
The color is a deep ruby red, showing garnet reflections while young. With its predominately berry-fruit bouquet, this wine shows the full aromatic power of these two fine grape varieties whilst retaining the freshness imparted by well-controlled winemaking.
About the Winery
Since 1996, the venerable Maison Delas Frères whose roots go back to 1835, has found the soul and the brilliance that contributed to its fame.
Under the leadership of the new management, many investments were made at the Saint-Jean-de-Muzols production site near Tournon-sur-Rhône.
A motivated team proudly participates in the qualitative renewal of this Grande Maison in the Rhône Valley: a vat room specially designed for the vinification of red wines, the complete restructuring of the breeding cellar are among the key elements of the quality approach of the House. Delas, summed up in one sentence: to perpetuate and sublimate the expression of the Earth.
