Features a deep ruby color. Bright, intense, elegant bouquet is filled with tones of red berries and fruits with a predominance of black currant, cherry and raspberry, which are intertwined with hints of earth, tobacco and bell pepper. Powerful, generous, harmonious, perfectly balanced taste demonstrates soft, chewy tannins, an expressive fruit and berry profile, as well as a well-balanced, lively acidity. The aftertaste is long, persistent and pleasant.
"Our estate is located in the town of Echevronne, charming village of Hautes Cotes de Beaune. Our farm comes from a family estate. After a year of oenology at the Faculty of Dijon, Pierre CORNU settles on the vineyard of his parents. In 1981, he married Bernadette Camus, a winemaker and also from a winemaking family in Savigny-Les-Beaune. Today our estate covers 12 hectares of vineyards. Throughout the year, the work of the vineyard is done with great care to obtain the best wine."
