Aromas of white flowers combine with honey. Elegant and pleasant, it typically maintains a certain freshness.
Lively during its youth, it should pair very well with snails. It can embellish simple dishes like fish or vegetable woks. Slightly older, its roundness and increasing density will highlight richer dishes such as fish in sauce or crustaceans.
"Our estate is located in the town of Echevronne, charming village of Hautes Cotes de Beaune. Our farm comes from a family estate. After a year of oenology at the Faculty of Dijon, Pierre CORNU settles on the vineyard of his parents. In 1981, he married Bernadette Camus, a winemaker and also from a winemaking family in Savigny-Les-Beaune. Today our estate covers 12 hectares of vineyards. Throughout the year, the work of the vineyard is done with great care to obtain the best wine."
