Grape: Pinot Noir.
Aged in oak barrels, this wine stands out with a flavor profile often featuring raspberries, cherries and sometimes violets. A well-behaved wine that’s neither too tannic or too heavy, it accompanies white meats and will stand up to a slightly spicy cuisine. Multiple dishes pair well with this wine because of its very pleasant balance.
"Our estate is located in the town of Echevronne, charming village of Hautes Cotes de Beaune. Our farm comes from a family estate. After a year of oenology at the Faculty of Dijon, Pierre CORNU settles on the vineyard of his parents. In 1981, he married Bernadette Camus, a winemaker and also from a winemaking family in Savigny-Les-Beaune. Today our estate covers 12 hectares of vineyards. Throughout the year, the work of the vineyard is done with great care to obtain the best wine."
