Dark color, mineral, smoky nose, with black fruit, black olive, pepper, all enhanced by a floral component provided by the Viognier, it is a wine both very aromatic and very great elegance.

About the Winery

2 hectares of sandy, granite terraces in the registered plot of ¨Maison Rouge¨. The vines are located in the south of the Côte Rôtie appellation. The vineyards are situated on steep hillsides rendering the use of machines impossible. They are thus maintained manually without the use of weedkillers, and with all phytosanitary treatments made using organic products
