Tasting Notes
Intense yellow color with a good presence of bubbles and marked crown. Secondary and tertiary aromas with hints of tropical fruit and ripe fruit, a little pastry (yeast, bread) due to aging for 60 months. On the palate it is a broad, balanced cava, with a aftertaste that confirms the fruit aromas. Long cava, we have the memory in the mouth during long time.
