Tasting Notes

This Rosato is a fruity, floral and fresh wine that is the result of an early harvest. The grapes are softly pressed in bunches with a horizontal pneumatic press so that only the flower must is obtained, which is set to slow fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 16-18°C.

About the Winery

The FANTI estate, owned by the homonym family since the early 1800s, has always been a benchmark in the production of wine, extra-virgin olive oil and cereals in the area of Montalcino. In the early seventies Filippo Fanti, the current owner, took the lead of the family company and marked and important turning point.
