One of the most famous malts in the world, perhaps on account of the story of George Smith,an illegal distiller in Speyside who went legit when he obtained the first licence to legally distill whisky in 1824.
This 12 year old Glenlivet was distilled in 2007 and laid to rest in a single first-fill sherry butt. After just over a decade had passed, the single malt was bottled in February 2019 by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. You can't go wrong with a classic sherried Speysider.
