Wine Region: Stellenbosch, South Africa
The wine has a beautiful ruby red colour. The nose shows a lot of pepper with red cherries and perfume. The palate is quite refined and somewhat minerally with a lovely sweet sour balance and a savoury finish. Pairs well with Lamb, veal, pasta, beef curry.
