Wine Region: Burgundy Chablis, France
The Premier Cru Vau de Vey vines cling on to a very steep slope. Located on the left bank of the Serein River and facing East, this terroirgives us rich and delicate wines with a marked minerality. Gold-green colour. A clear and precise wine, salt and flexible, anise. Finish is soft and warm.
About the Winery
It was in 1973, when Julien was born, that Jean-Marc planted his first vines in Prhy, where, a few years later, he would build his winery, which would become the Jean-Marc Brocard estate in the heart of the Chablis vineyards.
