A slightly earthy note colors the apple and lemon aromas on the nose. The palate shows lots of freshness and has a tart, light and dry body. The finish is lemony and fresh. Drink while aromas are expressive.
About the Winery
Owning more than 60 ha of vineyard, the Cattin family is one of the largest family-owned Estates in Alsace. The plots, locate either under Grand Cru appellation, AOC Cremant d'Alsace or AOC Alsace, spread over three places: in Voegtlinshoffen, around Steinbach and near Colmar.
