Tasting Notes

Brackenwood Vineyard, Hope Forest, Adelaide Hills. This Barbera is grown using (uncertified) biodynamic farming by the Nagel family on their cool Brackenwood vineyard, at almost the southern-most point of the Adelaide Hills. It is a great site for
the Northern Italian varieties where the warm days are tempered by the cold nights. Barbera gives up delicious red fruits and super crunchy acid in this Rose style Pet-Nat.
