Wine Region: Marlborough, New Zealand
Grape: Sauvignon Blanc
Picked at perfect ripeness, this wonderfully aromatic wine shows a tempting combination of passionfruit and citrus with as light herbaceous edge. The flavours echo the nose but with the added complexity of a small amount (7%) fermented with wild yeast in seasoned oak. Fresh, juicy and moreish with lovely weight and texture.
