Single Malt Whisky, Scotland / Speyside, 70cl
This 15 year old Linkwood is bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in the famous Distillery Labels range, at 43 degrees. This single malt pleasantly combines fruity (citrus, white fruit) and spicy (cinnamon) notes.
The Distillery Labels range testifies to the very special relationships that Gordon & MacPhail maintains with a handful of distilleries for over a century.
Being entrusted year after year with new make spirits (distillates), Gordon & Macphail has developed his art for the maturation of whiskey and highlights each expression under a unique label.
An honor for these distilleries, which have now become emblematic, which did not, or only a little, bottle their single malt under their own brand.
"Wonderfully fragrant with a proper sherry influence and intense fruity notes, such as freshly cut apples and apricots. Sweet honey and subtle floral aromas round everything out. The palate is sweet with caramel, brown sugar and cranberry, as well as a fair amount of almonds. A lovely Speyside malt with lots of character."
