The color is pale yellow with fine greenish hues that bring to mind lemon juice. Intense aromas of jasmine flowers, basil and grapefruit, with mild sensations of tomato leaf and fresh bay leaf. A mineral and sapid palate, with after-aromas of aromatic herbs, such as oregano and mint.
