A super width of caramel inflected, mineral aromas. The texture is lithe rather than fat, quite some minerality too. Excellent acidity and good intensity – long on a mineral note. Yum
About the Winery
Chateau de Meursault is a vineyard located in C0te-d'Or, Burgundy-Franche-Comte. Its vineyard is spread over nearly 60 hectares, on the best climates in the Cote de Beaune in Pommard, Aloxe-Corton, Savigny-Les-Beaune, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet and of course Meursault. Each parcel is pressed, vinified and aged separately. In order to extract the specific features of every terroir, there may be up to 6 different cuvees from the same appellation. In general, the production volume of red wines is equal to this of the whites at Chateau de Meursault.
