This is a tannic and racy red wine, with a dark ruby dress. It has some ripe fruits and woody aromas and it has a long and fresh aftertaste with hint of black fruits.
Pairs perfectly with red meats and cheese.
About the vineyard: From vine to bottling, the Moulin La Lagune is prepared with the very same concern for perfection as the Chateau. Only the blend varies.
