Mellow, soft. A light smokiness accompanied by freshly cut grass. Anise-flavoured, with beautiful layers of yellows and greens.
Burnished gold with orange tinges.
Elegant and enveloping. Evokes successive notes of sage, Mirabelle plums, and Russian leather. Delicately woody and spicy (cumin), it develops into flowers (lilac and lavender).
Lively, vigorous. Its centre is mellow (lavender honey, almond milk), ashy and vegetal (malted barley), seasoned with a pinch of salt. Notes of marshmallow and violet.
