Wine Region: Stollenboch, South Africa
The Chardonnay has a straw yellow colour with flashes of green. Aromas of sandalwood and cassia backed by citrus and pears come to the fore. The wood influence shows as vanilla which follows on to the palate and becomes honey and nuts. The fresh acidity and round mouth feel leads to a lingering, succulent aftertaste
About the Winery
ue to some heritage, careful planning, and a large amount of good fortune we are the custodians of a small corner of Stellenbosch, tucked away in the mountains in an area known as Banghoek. We believe we have some of the finest terroir in South Africa, with some magnificent views, and a truly unique and beautiful setting.
