Wine Region: Pavia di Udine, Italy
Grape: Pinot Grigio
This wine is a dry white wine from Friuli Italy. You see in the glass that the wine has a copper color with brilliant reflections. You smell spring flowers, wild strawberries, tropical fruit. The wine has a full, strong taste, lively in the glass and very nice notes of spices. This Pinot Grigio has an intense, long aftertaste. The wine goes well with pasta with fish, antipasti, risotto and fresh cheese. Because the wine is strong and yet fresh, this wine will always be good company on a warm summer evening.
