Speyburn remains the only distillery to draw its water from The Granty Burn, a major tributary of the River Spey.
This outstanding whisky owes a much to its wonderful source water as it does to the American oak and Spanish oak casks in which has gently matured for eighteen long years. Dark golden and full-bodied, it brims with notes of sweet toffee and chunky tropical fruit.
Indulgent dark chocolate, honeyed oak spiciness and a touch of citrus give way to a long, slightly smoky finish with an enticing bittersweet edge.
