Wine Region: Yarra Valley, Australia
Bright lemon citrus peel with orange blossom fragrance dominated by a sea spray mineralogy. A crunchy grapefruit tang with ideas of white peach weight, predominantly citrus focused with a little saline moorish edge. The fruit shines through from the warmth of the vintage but the acidity of the region keeps it focused and long.
