A: SWAT member benefits & privileges commence only on the subsequent purchase after SWAT membership has been created.
Q: How many rewards points do I get for my purchase?
You earn 1 SWAT point for every S$1 spend at any The Straits Wine Company Retail Shops or at our online store (www.straitswine.com).
Q: How many reward points will I receive if I spend $59.30?
A: You will receive 59 reward points
Q: Can I collect reward points and enjoy promotional offers at the same time?
A: Yes, but total reward points earned will be equivalent to the final discounted amount paid.
Q: Can I collect reward points while defraying my cost with cash vouchers at the same time?
A: Yes, but total reward points earned will be equivalent to the final discounted amount paid. Cash vouchers used will not earn reward points.
Q: Can I collect reward points when purchasing through third parties, such as Favepay?
A: Yes, transactions made through Favepay will receive reward points.
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: You could view the Rewards Catalogue after logging into your SWAT Membership account on www.straitswine.com and redeem the rewards items with your earned points.
Q: Where can i offset my purchase with my SWAT points?
A: Offsetting your purchase with SWAT points is currently available only at our physical retail outlets.

A: Reward Points will expire automatically when the membership ends in one year.

A: You could view the Rewards Catalogue after logging into your SWAT Membership account on www.straitswine.com.
Q: When and how can i redeem my Birthday Voucher?
A: You will receive an email with the Birthday Voucher on the 1st day of your Birthday Month. The one-time promo code has to be entered upon checkout for you to enjoy the special discount.
Q: When is the expiry date for my Birthday voucher?
A: Birthday Voucher will expire on the last day of your Birthday Month and is for ONE-TIME USE ONLY.
Q: When can I redeem reward items that need to be scheduled, eg. portrait photoshoot?
A: You will need to make reservations with the rewards partners directly and instructions will be given on the email confirmation.
Q: Will the membership expire?
A: Your SWAT membership will end in one year.

A: Each membership is restricted to one person and one mobile number only, and customers need to provide their mobile number to access benefits and accumulate reward points.
