The 135-years-old winery of Maison Saint Aix is one of the largest in the Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence appellation. AIX’s principal grape is the Grenache, which blends with Syrah and Cinsault for their expressions.
These grapes are the most ideal in the region due to the mineral-rich soils. From warm days to cold nights, the mistral winds dry the vines on dewy mornings, which leads to a perfect elevation. The Aix Rosé is recommended as the top Rosé by Decanter, Wine Enthusiast and World Best Sommelier, Andreas Larsson.
