A Year in Wine: Our 2025 Highlights and What’s Next
🥂 Reflecting on a Year of Great Wines & Even Greater Moments
As 2025 comes to a close, we’re raising our glasses to a year filled with new experiences, unforgettable wines, and a growing community that made every moment worthwhile.
From store events to restaurant collaborations, 2025 reminded us why wine is more than a drink — it’s a way to connect, celebrate, and create memories together.
Here’s a look back at our favourite highlights — and a glimpse of what’s next.
🍷 1️⃣ Saint & Scholar Graduates Pinot Noir 2021 – A Taste of Recognition
We kicked off the year by spotlighting Saint & Scholar, the innovative Adelaide Hills duo crafting wines with style and soul. Their Graduates Pinot Noir 2021 quickly became a customer favourite — elegant, expressive, and perfect for everyday enjoyment.
🍾 2️⃣ Le Petit Étoilé Sparkling Chardonnay – Inclusivity in a Glass
2025 was also a year of inclusivity and discovery. Our non-alcoholic selections, like Le Petit Étoilé Sparkling Chardonnay, shone bright for mindful drinkers and social occasions alike.
🌿 3️⃣ Kaesler Stonehorse Grenache 2017 – Bold & Unforgettable
This Barossa classic continued to capture hearts with its rich red fruit and spicy finish. A reminder of our commitment to showcase expressive, terroir-driven wines that tell their own story.
🍇 4️⃣ Babich Black Label Sauvignon Blanc 2024 – Fresh Perspective from New Zealand
When summer called for something vibrant, this Marlborough favourite answered. Aromatic, textured, and full of zest — Babich’s modern approach redefined what premium Sauvignon Blanc can be.
🏅 5️⃣ Bertinga IGT Toscana Rosso 2017 – The Bordeaux Blend of Tuscany
A highlight from our mid-year promotions, Bertinga showed what modern Italian elegance looks like — bold fruit, silky tannins, and age-worthy finesse.
💫 6️⃣ Valenciso Rioja Reserva 10 Años Después 2014 – Patience Rewarded
We closed the year with grace through this limited-edition Rioja, aged 10 years before release. Refined, balanced, and layered, it perfectly captures what makes timeless wines truly special.
🎨 Art & Wine Series – Creativity in Every Glass
One of our most beloved initiatives this year was the Art & Wine Series, where creativity met the joy of wine.
From painting to Halloween mask design and cake-decorating sessions, these events brought new faces together in a playful, relaxed setting filled with colour and cheer.
Moment to Remember: Free-flow wine, local baker collabs, and guests who left with smiles (and masterpieces).
✨ Looking Ahead to 2026
The new year promises to be even brighter — filled with:
- More exciting collaborations with wineries and creatives,
- Discovery events and tasting series to delight wine enthusiasts, and
- Seasonal experiences that bring people together through flavour and story.
We also look forward to the continued success of our restaurant La Fontana — where Mediterranean flavours and fine wines come together in a setting made for connection.
To every customer, partner, and wine lover — thank you for being part of our journey. Here’s to another year of shared moments and memorable bottles.
